On of Russell Brunson’s viral marketing weapon is Linkbrander - A free affiliate link cloaker. The powerful thing here is, the system allows you to build into 5 level down of your own network and you get to earn advertising credit from their efforts too, and hence you can get free advertising to potential thousands of people in Russell’s network, without lifting your fingers. My honest opinion is I don’t quite like this idea since it may just divert your visitor to somewhere else and never come back, that’s opportunity lost in possible sales, right? On the other hand, you can see the viral effect of the system, it just spread like crazy!

But anyone just can’t resist the power behind this system that I personally is testing this system as well to see how well it works. Whether it is effective, targeted and etc.

I was checking my statistics just about a minutes ago and i was quite shocked to find that my single post about Singapore 42nd national day was ranked at 13th place at Google’s organic search results, that is out of 1,660,000 results. Even that is not on the first page, it still brings me a lot of traffic to my blog.

If you have experienced that you will know what i mean, especially if your post got ranked in the first page.

What i want to share with you here is - Google is very hungry for blog content especially Wordpress blog. Your post will get indexed by Google in no time.

Well I came across this online file sharing website which is impressive and i decided to try it out and share with you guys. You may or may not heard of this, but i find it pretty useful for internet marketers and bloggers for the purpose of file sharing, you may want to try it out. I have signup to try the features and you can find it on my right sidebar. Try to open or download my free ebook there! It’s pretty cool!

But Why Box.net? While you can find tons of other similar services out there.

1. After comparing several similar online storage, Box.net seems to be the simplest version and user friendly. It is established and they have almost 1 million users now, you definitely do not want some cheap company and lose your important files. They won’t have so many users unless they are really good!

2. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to store your important files, you can definitely consider Box.net. Tips: Important files as in “important to you” but you have to consider the confidentiality of the files, you definitely do not want to store your banking details there, so judge for yourself.

3. No software to install, many others will required you to install some little software, which i find irritating.

Congratulations To Singapore!

Happy National Day, Singapore! This year has marked the 42nd year of independence. And, This year’s celebration will the first in the history of Singapore to have the celebration held at Marina Bay! There is more buzz this year for NDP since it is the first time at Marina Bay and it is to be held on specially built floating platform. For those who didn’t get the tickets, you can watch the parade on the TV, or even online, it is Live!

As I was reading through some of the blog sites as my daily routines, i discovered about David Allen’s book - Getting Things Done! I suddenly recalled and realised that i still have plenty of draft in my blog “draft” folder. If i didn’t take a further step to get it organized and publish it, i guess probably i would never get it done or take a long long time to get it done…

I just want to share with you how i was motivated to get my blog going and take things one step at a time. There is this 2 minutes rule taught by David Allen that i found really useful especially if you have plenty of tasks to complete every single day, and we are limited by certain number of time. We need to keep focus in a step by step guided approach in order to deliver the maximum results in everything that we do. The 2 minutes rule comes in handy where you set a number of tasks to be done and break them down into 2 minutes mini tasks. In order to get maximum results, you have to keep to the rule. Once you are not able to complete it in 2 minutes, then probably you would want to split in further down.

This is a single most important mindset that every internet marketers have to adopt, probably it is going to be the most important “success” factor that you need to keep “Action” going, i believe.

It’s all about doers!
